Ms. Phatsimo Nel Mphetolang is a seasoned attorney with over 11 years of post-qualification experience in private practice. She graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana and holds an Executive- Masters in Business Administration (E-MBA) from Sheffield Hallam University in London. She is qualified with a Management Development Programme from the University of Stellenbosch Business School and furthermore she is a certified Risk Management Practitioner from Botswana Accountancy College. Phatsimo has spent six and a half years serving as a Senior Associate Attorney heading the litigation department where she acquired a thorough skill and expertise of civil litigation and contract drafting in different specialties of the law. Through this, she gained extensive training in conducting court trials, court arguments, drafting specialized agreements and negotiating settlement for parties at all levels. She handles, civil matters, employment and labour matters, all rounded divorce and family issues, debt collection and contracts and company law matters.
